Joe Conley
Joe began his career at Millington Lockwood over 25 years ago as a member of the sales team where he gained expert knowledge of the vast product and service offerings the company offers to meet their client's needs. Joe became the company's President and Chief Executive Officer in 2021 after having served for many years as the Chief Operating Officer. As COO Joe expertly guided Millington Lockwood through a period of remarkable, steady sales growth and the addition of a new business unit offering complete interior construction services. Joe is a graduate of Canisius College and earned an MBA from the University at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Management. He and his wife Michelle reside in Amherst, New York with their four children.
Tim Hurley
Tim brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the sales team and has been the Vice President of Sales at Millington Lockwood since the position was established. Tim's in depth experience and familiarity with solutions and products facilitates his focus is on developing the knowledge, talent, and capabilities of the entire sales team. His customer centered approach is the core value that the company's reputation of service and relevant solutions has been built on. Tim is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo and is a native of Amherst, New York where he resides with his family.
David Macro
David is the Vice President of AMP Interior Construction, and has been with Millington Lockwood, Inc. for 16 years. He was previously a Senior Account Executive for Millington Lockwood Business Interiors. As the head of the AMP team, he orchestrates projects that feature DIRTT wall systems and products. AMP custom designs office spaces for clients in ways that revolutionize the interior commercial construction industry. David and his team believe that their interior construction process is the way of the future. David is a graduate of Canisius College, and also attended the School of Architecture at The Ohio State University. He is on the Lutheran Charities Board, the Advancement Committee for the Explore and More Children’s Museum, the Board of Directors for the Buffalo Executives Association, and lives in the City of Buffalo with his wife and two children.
Robert Castiglia
Rob's contract furniture industry experience coupled with his extensive background in commercial interiors brings a strong skill set to clients and the Millington Lockwood team. Rob has over 30 years of experience managing major corporate accounts in the local Western New York area as well as nationwide projects. His keen ability to anticipate the many complex issues associated with managing large projects is a tremendous asset. Rob is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo State and he and his family reside in Amherst, New York.
Deanna Ernst
Deanna is responsible for managing and leading the company’s design team which interfaces with all aspect of corporate operations. In this position she allocates design resources and sets strategic training and continuous improvement investments for one of the region's largest design department. Deanna is an Interior Designer with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has been with Millington Lockwood since 2004. She and her family reside in Hamburg, New York.
Justin Dzina
Justin began his career at Millington Lockwood as an installation technician and has worked his way up to his current leadership position through both the furniture and construction divisions of the company. As Director of Operations Justin balances his role among operations, logistics, internal, and external customer service. Justin leads and mentors a team of over 33 employees providing exceptional experience and credibility to our company and customers. He and his family reside in Lancaster, New York.
